Toothpaste for Acne as a Home Remedy

• St Ives Swiss Formula Apricot Scrub... actually any apricot scrub will work.
  
• Any brand of Rubbing Alcohol
  
• Moisturizer - Oil Free..any oil free moisturizer will work, but Neutrogena works great.
  
• Mentadent Toothpaste... I like Mentadent but I suppose any toothpaste would work as long as it is a paste and not a gel.
  
• Clearasil Vanishing Cream... one tube will be enough.

Follow These Directions TWICE a Day For Best Results

• Scrub your face real well with the apricot scrub.
  
• Rinse with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.
  
• Pop any whiteheads that are ready to bust.
  
• Apply alcohol with a cotton ball. This will help cleanse and dry out your skin completely.
  
• NOW for the toothpaste for acne part! Apply toothpaste ONLY on the acne parts.

After you have rubbed toothpaste on all the acne parts of your face you will have to let it dry.
This is a great time to relax with a book or facebook for awhile. Who said you have to be all serious and boring when doing home remedies for acne? Make it a relaxing me time event! ☺

• Once the toothpaste has dried wash it off with warm water and the apricot scrub.
  
• Apply the Clearasil and let it set for about 5 minutes. Great time to go facebook again for about 5 - 10 minutes.
  
• Last, but MOST important step... apply moisturizer to your face to protect your face while it beautifies during the next few hours with your acne home remedy.

Do this toothpaste for acne remedy faithfully TWICE a day for a few weeks and you will be amazed!
Some have seen results after only a few days, but if you don't see results that quickly, don't give up. Give it a few weeks at least.
And drink AT LEAST half your body weight in ounces of water EVERY DAY!
