Honey, Pepper, Vinegar Mixture for cough Mix 1 T. honey, 1 T. apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp. red peper, 1/4 tsp ground ginger and a few T water together. It will make a paste like mixture. Take 1 tsp whenever needed.
Honey and Tea Mix lots of honey with any kind of tea and sip for a great natural cough cure.
Ginger Lemonade for cough Make a lemonade with real lemons (don't add sugar) and then add generous amounts of ginger and lemon. Drink it hot.
Vicks or Unkers Is My Favorite!
Vicks Vaporub for cough or actually UNKERS is even better to use for coughs.. This is my absolute favorite remedy for cough. I have used it on myself and on my kids ever since they were wee babies.
